For most of my teen and early adult life, I struggled with anxiety, depression, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances, which left me feeling like a shell of myself. It started when I was just 10. By 16, I was on medication, and soon after, that became five or six prescriptions at once, as doctors played a game of “whack-a-mole” with my symptoms.


Over the past decade, I’ve tried nearly every approach imaginable — medications, therapy, diets, cutting-edge treatments, and visits to some of the top doctors in the country. While many of these paths left me feeling worse, I was ultimately guided towards what actually works. Through years of trial, learning, and healing, I was able to safely come off all medications and reach a level of well-being I didn’t even know was possible — not just “back to normal,” but truly thriving.


I’ve lost 40 pounds, overcame the mood swings and hormonal imbalances so many women silently struggle with, and gone from knowing nothing about proper nutrition and exercise to becoming a certified health coach and personal trainer. I’ve built a stronger body, a more balanced mind, and a more energized, joyful life—and I believe every woman deserves to feel the same.
