About Me
Hi, I’m Elizabeth “Elle” Damian, a therapist who helps people quiet the chaos in their heads—whether that’s OCD spirals, boundary burnout, emotional overwhelm, or issues with sex and desire.
I work with adults navigating relationship patterns that feel exhausting, confusing, or unsafe. Whether you’re stuck in a toxic loop with a narcissistic partner, haunted by intrusive thoughts you can’t say out loud, or unsure how to express your needs—I offer a space where you can finally get honest, curious, and unstuck.
As a wife, mother, and clinician, I blend real-life experience with practical tools. I hold training in CBT, ACT, and EMDR, and I specialize in helping clients work through taboo topics, relationship dysfunction, religious guilt, and the kind of overthinking that makes it hard to sleep at night.
I’m a culturally competent provider with competence working with many cultures including Hispanic clients and the LGBTQ+ community. I create a space that is open, safe, and respectful of your identity—without making it the focus of treatment unless that’s your goal.

I use an integrated approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented, but also allows space to explore the deeper patterns that keep you stuck.
